Finaa is a women-led organization dedicated to empowering girls and women through football and sports-based initiatives. We create safe, inclusive spaces where girls can develop confidence, leadership, and life skills while building a sense of community. Since our founding, we have trained over 80 coaches, established 40 school-based girls’ football teams, and impacted more than 2,000 girls and women across Jordan.

Through our programs, we combine sport, education, and community engagement to inspire the next generation of female leaders, celebrating every achievement on and off the field.
